Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are outside of our control.


Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking information.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

An order marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully fulfilled.


Delivered Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery,
we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages missing after delivery
