Shipping Within the United States

  • Domestic Shipping Only: Orders placed through this website are shipped exclusively to addresses within the United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $8.00 USD applies to all domestic orders.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: d:matcha USA will cover shipping costs for any order totaling $150.00 USD or more (after discounts and before applicable taxes).
  • Shipping Origin: Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse located in New York State.
  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within two (2) to three (3) business days following order confirmation. A shipment confirmation with tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Taxes

Sales tax is collected at checkout in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws and regulations.

International Orders

This website supports United States domestic orders only. For international shipping (including Japan and other regions), please visit our global website: dmatcha.com.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Final Sale – Food Products: Due to the perishable nature of tea and other food items, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once products have been shipped.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify d:matcha USA within seven (7) calendar days of delivery at info@dmatcha.com. Upon verification, d:matcha USA will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a refund.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of placement provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Submit cancellation requests to info@dmatcha.com.
