• Gokou - It is rich in umami, smooth sweetness, and a creamy texture with delicate floral and vegetal notes.
• Okumidori - It has a creamy profile with rich umami, mild sweetness, low bitterness, and a fresh aroma with subtle nutty undertones.
• Samidori - It has mellow umami with deep sweetness, and a creamy texture accented by fresh, vegetal, and slightly nutty notes.
• Kanayamidori - It offers mellow umami, gentle sweetness, mild bitterness, and a fresh floral aroma with subtle citrus notes.
